Tania Kearsley, Managing DirectorTania established Corporate Companion after practising as a lawyer for 20 years. With extensive experience in commercial, intellectual property and corporate law, Tania has worked with many organisations, particularly in the not-for-profit sector, in advising on corporate structures and corporate governance issues and has been engaged by a number of clients as their company secretary.

Charlie Robinson – Senior Advisor
Since joining Corporate Companion, Charlie has been Company Secretary/ Governance Advisor to a range of organisations in the aged care, health, education and research sectors. He has also established an international education organisation and assisted organisations with funding reviews and governance reviews.
Prior to joining Corporate Companion, he was in Business Manager/Chief Administration Officer roles for over 17 years, with responsibility for financial, legal, risk, commercialisation and administrative matters. In addition, he developed systems to capture information to enable these organisations to understand their activities and also how to demonstrate benefit to company members, government, stakeholders, and other interested parties.
In his roles in the environmental management area, Charlie managed large-‐scale rural environmental improvement programs; leading farms, districts and regions to adopt new methods and practices to ensure the environmental viability of the area while simultaneously ensuring the business side of farms and industry was also able to grow.
